I was ready for warmer weather to arrive just so I could start hosting outdoor happy hour events! Therefore, I was excited when 77H contacted me about booking an outdoor happy hour for their residents. They didn’t have a theme in mind so I opted for a tiki themed event. Tiki & luau parties have been a hit for my clients this season so I decided to stick with the trend.
The day of the event was the hottest of the season, but that didn’t stop me + my team from bringing their residents a fabulous experience! The menu consisted of Aloha sliders (ground turkey sliders topped with pineapple salsa), Chicken + Pineapple Skewers + Sand Cups (whipped cheesecake mousse cups topped with crumbled Nilla wafers + an umbrella) for dessert.
